POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars
- We can accept USD, GBP, EURO and BSD. 50% Deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days before trip starts. Personal checks, PayPal.
- $500 fully refundable security deposit.
- Please contact us to make adjustments to fit your schedule. We prefer to have a Saturday to Saturday changeover during the Spring and Summer time.
- Tax Rate: 10.0%.
- Cleaning: $140.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of GBP50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
Rules: There is NO PET ALLOWED, as we prefer to keep the house low allergen and free of pesticides. There is a no smoking anywhere on the property policy. If you must smoke go to the beach but remember that the sand is not an ashtray. A damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear and for violations to the house rules
