Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.
Rates
Low season:- 2600/week, 385/night for 1-2 people 3150/week, 470/night for 3-4 nights
3700/week, 555/night for 5-6 nights
4250/week and 640/night for 7-8 nights
Thanksgiving week:- 5250/750
xmas and New years weeks:- 6950/995
A check in the amount of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon booking your reservation. The balance, is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled up to 60 days before arrival will incur a 20% handling fee. No refund for cancellations made within 60 days of your arrival unless we can rebook the space. Please call for details. Because of this strict policy, we urge you to obtain travelers cancellation insurance to prevent loss if sickness, hurricane, airline failure, or unforeseen events that change your plans.
*Special Storm Policy- August, September, October
If the eminent threat of a hurricane causes you to cancel your trip to Drakesview, you will receive full credit towards another available off-season rental within one year. If your stay at Drakesview is interrupted by the imminent threat of a hurricane, and you have a week or more of your stay remaining, you will receive full credit of the unused portion towards another available off-season rental within one year. If you have less than one week remaining, you will receive a full, prorated refund of the unused portion of your rental. You will not be permitted to remain in Drakesview during eminent threat of a hurricane.
Drakesview is a privately owned home. As a guest at Drakesview you agree that we, the owners, will not be responsible for an unlikely event such as accident, injury or the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Drakesview is a not intended for parties or groups larger than those renting the house. We ask that you respect our home as if it is your own. Please come and enjoy the St. John lifestyle.
