The property is built in wood and vulcanic stone, structured as a tipical colonial house. The main building host the night zone and the lounge zone (mq 300); in the depandance is located an independent apartment (mq 30) and a full eqipped kitchen which offer, by the breakfast desk, a breathtaking wiev on the Bay; a third cottage host, beside the laundry with american and european washing machines, a relax area with double jacuzzi and an external shower soaked in the nature.
The cottages includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with hot water and lounge zones. Some rooms dispose of a third bed. Every room is provided with minibar, fan, web access, mosquito net and is furnished in colonial style. The property it extends in a tropical garden (mq 2000) full of exotic plants an fruit trees like mango, bananas, curacao, lime and so on.
It is possible to rent each appartment in a separate way, for EUR 50 per night.
