It is located at Ecuentro Beach, DR North Coast, midway between the resort towns of Sosua and Cabarete and is a thirty minute drive east of Puerto Plata Gregerio International Airport. 1. Main house with ocean views (A)- Large main level with 2 large bedrooms, both bathroom en suite, plus a large lounge, dining, kitchen and entrance hall with wrap around porch overlooking the pool and ocean views. Up to 6 occupants. 2. Two large self contained studio units with locking inter leading door if needed as a dual rental - Ground floor located by the pool. (units B & C) 3 occupants in each. Total 6. 3. A rear 1 bedroom unit apartment with bathroom, lounge/dining/kitchen. (D) 3 occupants. 4. A separate rear upstairs apartment with ocean views - 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge/dining/kitchen with porch and sea views. (E) 3 occupants. 5. A 6th separate rear ground floor one bedroom apartment is occupied by the caretaker/Gardner.(F) 6. Well cared for and manicured yard and pool. 7. Located an easy 5 minute walk straight to the beach in front of the property.

Payment Policy: Rental Options: The whole Villa could be rented for a large party, or individually. 1. Whole property: May - September @ $1500 p/w and August - April @ $2000 p/w, or Long term @ $4000 p/m (more than one month) 2. Unit A: May - September @ $475 p/w and August - April @ $625 p/w, or long term @ $1100 p/m (more than one month) 3. Units B and C: May - September @ $275 p/w and August - April @ $350 p/w, or long term @ $475 p/m (more than one month) 4. Unit D: May - September @ $200 p/w and August - April @ $250 p/w, or long term @ $350 p/m (more than one month) 5. Unit E: May - September @ $300 p/w and August - April @ $375 p/w, or long term @ $550 p/m (more than one month) 33% deposit required to secure a booking.
