POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of $150 is due within 10 business days from the day of booking which will be returned at check out once the rooms have been inspected for damages. Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. Personal checks or traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: For any cancellations the deposit is not returned. Once full payment have been received and room has been canceled 1 nights rent will not be returned.

Rules: rates are subjected to chnge without prior notice. No Pets allowed. No smoking inside.
