POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.
Upon acceptance of your reservation, we will require a 30% deposit to hold your dates. The balance of rent would be required 60 days prior to your arrival.
Should you unfortunately have to cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival, the rental fee minus 10% administration fee would be returned to you. However, if cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, you may be subject to a forfeiture of the entire rent, unless we are able to re-book your dates which we will diligently try to do.
We will however, be happy to re-schedule your dates for a time period within 12 months of original booking, thus applying your deposit to your new reservation.
We do accept credit cards - MasterCard and Visa.
