POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. A deposit of 10% is payable on booking. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival. Personal checks and bank funds transfer are preferred payment options. A damage deposit of $500.00 will be collected and will be returned within 10 days if there is no damage. EXTRA PERSON RATES: Apr 15, 2011 to Dec 14, 2011 $100 Jan 15, 2012 to Apr 14, 2012 $ 250.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellation 90 days or more in advance a fee of $100 is chargeable. For cancellations between 90 days and 31 days a charge of $1000 will apply. For cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival, there are no refunds. Insurance is advised.
