Bordered by VI National Park between famous Trunk and Cinnamon Bay beaches, Areca offers 180 degree views of the Caribbean from St Thomas to the British Virgin Islands. Expert landscaping, stunning architectural details, an idyllic setting, and unparalleled privacy combine to create a truly unique island getaway. A three-sided wraparound balcony ranges between 6' and 14' deep and offers 180 degree views of the Caribbean with plenty of private spaces and gathering places, including a covered outdoor dining area (seats 10) with a wet bar, refrigerator and ice maker. Marble Travertine tile covers all exterior balconies and courtyard spaces. Deep balconies framed by columns and arches provide shady areas cooled by ceiling fans and the gentle tradewinds. All interior spaces have central air as well as ceiling fans and screened windows and doors. Fine furnishings throughout provide comfort, and a large HD TV is provided in the TV lounge. A 2nd HD TV is in the living room. Satellite TV and internet access are provided. The indoor dining area offers ocean and garden views. The Guest House, situated across the pool deck from the main house, offers 2 private en suite king bedrooms with individual AC and wraparound balconies. The water views north and east are stunning, and the lush hillside to the west provides privacy and a beautiful backdrop for the covered open-air showers. The Master Bedroom is oversized with a reading nook and a large private balcony. Four of the five bedrooms have private balconies. All have private baths with marble tiled showers.
