A single suite on two floors and the Molino composed by coffee/bar at the main floor and two more apartments at the first and second/third floor. All the suites are furnished and have air conditioning, TV and Internet.At the centre of the complex there is a swimming pool of 130 m² with whirlpool and waterfall.The whole complex is surrounded by green taken care in all the details and enriched with plants and flowers with vibrant colors typical of the area.This city has great natural attractions as the beaches of El Diamante, Arroyo Salado, Caletón Grande, Playa El Bretone, La Preciosa, Dudu Laguna among others, on the border with Rio San Juan there is the Playa Grande. In front of the Atlantic Coast there are also places such as the national Park Cabo Francés Viejo.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US $.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of the booking confirmation, the Agency can hold for reimbursement 20% of the whole price, when the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, and 50% when the cancellation takes place less than 30 days and more than one 7 days from the beginning of the stay. If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the Company can hold the whole amount as reimbursement.

Rules: The total amount of the price must be paid by the client before the moment of the occupation of the lodging and, if there has been a down payment, this must be withdrawn from the global cost at the moment of the end payment. To confirm the booking of the lodging, the client has to sign the contract and send it back, then pre-pay 40% of the total amount at the moment of reservation if this is done more than one month before the beginning of the stay and 60% one month before the beginning of the stay. If the booking is reserved less than one month before the beginning of the stay the price must be paid in full.
