POLICY:
Payment Policy: La Roca offers the option of renting one of the 1 bedroom apartments or both 1 bedroom apartments at a discounted rate:
Nov 01 - May 31: 1 Apartment ... $1100/week ... Both Apartment ... $2000/week
Jun 01 - Oct 31: 1 Apartment ... $ 950/week ... Both Apartment ... $1700/week
Peak Weeks .... 1 Apartment ... $1300/week ... Both Apartment ... $2400/week
All rates are in US Dollars.
All rates are plus 7% Tax. Payment is accepted by bank check or money order only.
High Season is from November 1st thru May 31st, Our 10% discounted Low Season rate starts from June 1st thru October 31st. Peak Rates are applied to Christmas, New Years and Presidents weeks, Spring Break and Easter.
Amount of deposit is 50% of the total rent, payable in the form of bank check or money order no later than 7 days from reservation date, please send Priority Mail.
Balance due 30 days prior to rental date, payable by bank check or money order. If your reservation is made within 30 days of your arrival, a bank check or money order MUST be sent by OVERNIGHT mail ONLY, for the full amount of rental. There is a $200 security deposit, refundable within 30 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy: Vacation properties are rented far in advance. It is, therefore, difficult to fill a vacancy as the rental
term approaches. In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the starting day of this Agreement, the Owner will try to re-rent the property, with a goal of receiving the total rent indicated in this Agreement. If Owner is able to find a substitute Booking Guest at an amount equal to or greater than the rent, the Owner will refund to Guest any amounts Guest has paid, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If Owner is unable to do so, any amounts paid by Guest may be forfeited. Any cancellations received by Owner less than 30 days before the beginning date of this Agreement shall result in a forfeiture of all money received from Guest.
