Relax here with cable TV, DVD and Stereo CD system, or just sit back and enjoy the beauty of the Virgin Islands from the best seat on the Island.The beautiful swimming pool and spa offers a refreshing way to enjoy the island views by day and the stars by night. The patio by the pool and spa, or the veranda is a great place to experience the warmth of the tropical sun, or relax after a day spent exploring the island.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars 50% deposit due to confirm reservation 50% due 60 days prior to rental start $250 security deposit

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you cancel your reservation, no deposit(s) will be refunded unless we can find a replacement rental. If we can find a replacement rental, we can refund your deposit less a 10% service charge.

Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. This villa is to be used by the maximum number of guests listed on this confirmation only. Any function held by the guest, such as a dinner party, wedding reception, etc., for more than the number of guests listed on this confirmation, must have the written consent of the management. Guests will have a set of keys, and will be solely responsible for locking the home and the safekeeping of their personal valuables during their visit. Agent & Owner assume no responsibility for insuring that the residence is locked and secured during the period of occupation by the Guests. In addition, Agent and Owner shall be held harmless from all claims or causes of action arising from the rental and occupation of the residence by Guest.
