Next to a swimming beach and close to a first rated golf course, excellent shopping and fine dining, this immaculate retreat is just perfect for family or friendly vacations. Our 3 bedroom condo rental in Loiza can lodge up to eight guests. The bedrooms have a queen-size bed and two twin/full bed bunker sets. The bathrooms have wall-mounted blowers and modern facilities. This penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen to cater to your culinary desires. The living room features a TV with DVD player, a cable TV, some magazines for downtime reading. This Loiza, Puerto Rico vacation rental has four balconies overlooking the surrounding scenic landscape. The resort offers outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center and tennis and basketball courts. Our Loiza condo on the beach is ideal for snorkeling, and scuba diving, deep sea fishing and wind surfing. The Rain Forest National Park is just six miles away and superb golfing opportunities and facilities are available close by. Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 25% stay rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Non refundable and Required to confirm reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment. Security Deposit- $200. Refundable 5 days after check out date. Cleaning Fee- $65.00

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to check in date 50% cost of stay will be refunded. For cancellations more than 16-29 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 1 night rent. No shows/ Early Departures prior to Check out dates/Cancel 14 days or less 100% Cost of stay Non Refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival.

Rules: Rule breakers are subject to losing their security deposit and/or dismissed from the Penthouse WITHOUT REFUND OF UNUSED STAY FEES. GARBAGE:Ants are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately in the designated trash collection areas. NO SMOKING POLICY:Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted in the Penthouse. Smoking is permitted on the Outdoor Penthouse level balcony. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. PARKING:Parking is permitted in the designated spaces marked C303. Visitors parking are available marked in green. OWNER'S CLOSET: The locked closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful. No House Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after nine o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. Air-conditioning should be TURNED OFF when leaving the unit. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in TRASH AREA. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys in drawer in the first Kitchen Drawer. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
