This luxury fully equipped villa has direct access via a few steps onto a small beach on the edge of the Caribbean Sea. It is situated in a quiet spot away from the main tourist bustle, at Prospect on the famous 'Platinum' West Coast of Barbados. The amount of beach sand in front of the villa varies considerably as it is affected by the tides but there are two beautiful larger beaches 200-300 yards away in either direction. The villa has 3 fully fitted, air-conditioned, double bedrooms on the first floor - each with personal safes and ceiling fans and each with its own en-suite bathroom & shower including hairdryer, gel dispensers, towels and beach towels. The 2nd floor lounge / bar with sun deck has sometimes been used as a 4th double bedroom with a shower en-suite. The kitchen & utility area is fully equipped with washing machine & dryer, double oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, USA style fridge freezer, toaster etc. The lounge / dining area is elegantly furnished with patio doors leading onto a covered patio overlooking the sea leading onto an outer patio with a cooling Spa Tub and table & chairs. The villa is installed with satellite TV, DVD player and high speed internet access.

Payment Policy: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (US Dollars), before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance. The rates are the FULL prices - there are no hidden or further add-ons for tax etc. They are genuine special offer rates currently being offered for a limited period to attract new guests to this property. They represent discounts of 45% to 54% on the standard rates. Please e-mail us to discuss your requirements if you would like some help to personalise a special vacation event - weddings, renewal of vows, honeymoons, golfing breaks,or business off-site seminars etc. We require a 25% deposit to secure all bookings. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Please do not book the villa if you suspect there may be any reason that may cause you to want to cancel later on.

Cancellation Policy: You should always insure yourselves against having to cancel for a qualifying reason. Up to 90 days in advance of arrival - if guests are not able to visit for the dates booked our policy is to allow them to cahange their dates to any others availble without penalty (subject to rate increases as per the current advertised rates) For cancellations less than 90 days before arrival date - we will refund 66% of any amount we receive from re-renting the villa for any of the cancelled dates to anothe guest.

Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice - but rates agreed at the time of booking are FIXED irrespective of us increasing the rates or offering lower discounted rates after the booking has been confirmed.
