This charming large apartment is comfortalbe and fully equipped and has the feel of home. The home consist of 2 large bedrooms, 1 with queen size bed with A/C. 1 with 2 twin bed, open floor plan of Living room, dining room and a fully equppied kitchen, the home has full size washer and drier. We supply you with beach items, such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler and a whole lot of aminities. The home has floor and ceiling fans throughout. Covered Outdoor lounge with large BBQ grill. We are close to EVERYTHING!!! you can be a local bakery in minuets serving fresh baked goods and delicious food. You can enjoy your comfort and privacy, the peacefulness of home and the excitement and beauty of the island. What To Do At Our Home: Be sure to visit the areas most famous beaches of Jobos, Shacks and Villa Pesquera (Sardinera) in Isabela, Crashboat and Shackes Beach in Aguadilla, and the beaches of Rincon, all within a five to 45 minute drive. Jobos is a world famous surfing beach, Shacks is known for the underwater caves and a great area for snorkeling or scuba diving. Playa Sardinera is great for boogie boarding, while Crashboat in aguadilla is perfect for swimming and Rincon for surfing. There are many other beaches all along the coastline, So whether you prefer a secluded stretch of sand, or a beach alive with others seeking fun in the sun-you can find our perfect beach Porta Del Sol a virtual playground for sea lovers. There are many ways to spend your days with surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling boogie boarding, Kite surfing, wind surfing and swimming for both the novice and experienced. Golfing. There are opportunities to get lessons from local surf and dive shops, and you can bring your own equipment or rent theirs. Escape and enjoy an inexpensive caribbean vacation: Crystal clear beaches and some of the best surfing. This area is still undiscovered by the commercial tourism market.The apartment is located close to EVERYTHING: but still in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by well kept homes. You can be at your choice of local beaches in less than 5 minutes, One is 'Jobos' a world famous surfing beach. Visit other beaches, Wilderness and Crash boat'. Go golfing or horse back riding on the beach, also just minutes away. When here and traveling with kids, you must visit the Zoo in Mayaguez. Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Extra night $85.00. Policy and payment: Cleaning fee of $60.00 required at time of arrival. Rental fee of 50% is due within 7 days of making the reservation to secure your reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due 21 days prior to arriving or upon arrival,which ever comes first. A Security Deposit in a form of cash or money order in the amount of $100.00 is required upon arrival, and will be refunded immediately at the end of your stay as long as the apartment is kept in good order.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you have to cancel your reservation. You must cancel 21 days before arrival or a 50% of the deposit will be held. If more than 21 days, you will forfeit the full amount of the deposit.
