The villa is close to a beautiful safe swimming beach as well as other venues offering varied entertainment and water recreation. This ocean view, 4 bedroom villa rental Fish Bay can comfortably lodge up to 12 vacationers. The well furnished bedrooms include four king-size beds and a crib for kids. The bathrooms are well appointed with modern amenities. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen while cooking your favorite recipes and there is a formal dining table with a sitting capacity of 10. The large screened verandah of our Fish Bay villa rental is ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing with your favored brews. The entertainment center includes a TV with DVD player and CD/Stereo to stay hooked to your favorite movies or music. We have a choicest collection of CDs, DVDs, audio cassettes and a reading library to appease your grey cells. Wireless Internet access and telephone services are available to let you be in touch with your loved ones back at home. This air-conditioned Fish Bay vacation rental villa also has a private swimming pool and an alfresco shower for indulging in fun and frolic in between your outdoor adventure. The expansive Trex pool deck with built-in gazebo, pergola and hammock offers fabulous views of Fish Bay and spectacular beach sunsets. We have ample parking space and babysitting services are available upon request. The villa is also close to a safe swimming beach, where you can enjoy soaking up the sun and swimming. You can also indulge in many water and adventure sports like deep sea fishing, scuba diving, sailing, snorkeling, windsurfing, parasailing and much more. Wildlife enthusiasts will be thrilled by the abundant animal species that are found in these parts and bird watching is also a vacationer’s favorite pastime in the area. Nightclubs, live entertainment venues and local sightseeing sites are also close by for people who would like to enjoy each and every moment of their vacations. Cancellation Policy: The home has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children in Kamabesu Villa and a maximum of 4 adults and up to 2 infants in The Club House. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. Guests are to respect nature and take care to guard themselves and their guests as appropriate. If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges as well as a $50 processing fee. Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Force Majeure. There may be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these include (but are not limited to) destruction of or severe damage to the property. In the event of Force Majeure, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements for you where possible. If we cannot, or if the alternative arrangements are not acceptable to you, then we will refund up to 75% of monies paid for the time you were not able to spend at our property if you have not already arrived on site. If you are already on site all costs are forfeited and we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to cover your expenses. This will be the full extent of our liability to you in such circumstances, and we will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, howsoever arising. Should we be unable to make alternative arrangements or if the alternative arrangements are rejected, Kamabesu Villa’s sole responsibility shall be to return up to 75% of the money paid. The renter shall have no further recourse against Kamabesu Villa, its caretakers, owners or agents.
