On famed Sapodilla Bay in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, a contemporary 3 bedroom villa where the indoors and outdoors meet effortlessly. As you walk through the front entrance, the shimmering turquoise-blue water will astound you.
There are three bedrooms with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach, mingling with the sound of the trade winds as they gently rustle the leaves of the palm trees. Each room has an individually controlled air-conditioning unit, when AC is desired. (Air conditioning in the bedrooms is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open and is charged back to the guests at cost).
Main Level King Suite : Sliding glass doors open onto the main deck, pool and views of the turquoise ocean. The ensuite bathroom features a dressing area and walk-in shower with pebble-floor and double sinks.
Upstairs King/Twin Suite : This room can be made up as a King bed, or as two twin beds if preferred. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony and provide a full view of the bay.
Upstairs Queen Suite : Suite features a four-poster bed, built-in mahogany dresser, and sliding glass doors onto the pergola covered balcony. Perfect as a quiet reading spot or as an elevated sunset view. The shower has louvered windows with a view of the bay.
The main level features seating options perfect to enjoy the view, read a book or watch television. There is a stereo system when you can play your CD’s or plug-in your MP3 player. The screened porch has a spacious dining area, comfortable cushioned chairs and a convenient bar-refrigerator. A powder room is found just off the front entry of the home, to keep bedroom suite areas private.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a quick breakfast, a poolside snack, or a gourmet meal. The maple cabinetry and breakfast bar were custom made on the island.
