La Bougainvillea is an ocean front estate, situated on 30 acres, with 1,200 feet on the ocean, rolling silver palm forest, outdoor pool, large outdoor patio, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. The home is equipped with housekeeping Monday - Friday, two gardeners, groundskeeper, satellite T.V., wifi internet, DVD/CD player, A/C, BBQ grill, full kitchen, and laundry room. The property is located on one of Eleuthera’s most pristine, private beaches, with it’s powder-like pink sand, and clear waters. Coral reefs are nestled nearby the shoreline, and make a great attraction for snorkeling. La Bougainvillea was built by the Austrian born, original home owner, designed to incorporate indoor and outdoor living. As such, each room is separate, requiring one to step out in to the fresh air, in order to enter the next room. The master bedroom sleeps a king-size bed, with a master bathroom, safe, A/C, and fan. The second room sleeps a queen- size bed, and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which sleeps two full-size beds. Both bedrooms include A/C, armoires, and fans for your convenience. Neighboring property, 7 Palms, is available for rent along with La Bougainvillea to accommodate larger parties, events, or weddings.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. 10% tax is applied to total rental rate, and paid to the Bahamian Government. In order to reserve dates, the Security Deposit + 30 % of the rental rate is due within 7 days of issuance of the invoice. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to guests' arrival. In the event that Arrival Date is within 45 days of the booking, the Guest is required to pay the total rental fee within 7 days of the date of the issuance of the Invoice to secure the vacation estate. The Security Deposit is $500. If no damage has been detected, the Security Deposit will be returned after the Guests' departure.

Cancellation Policy: Terms and Conditions Agreement: The client’s vacation rental is confirmed and becomes a binding agreement once La Bougainvillea, Ltd. has received initial payment, along with the signed Booking Agreement, which constitutes acceptance of the following booking conditions on behalf of the Guest and each additional guest. La Bougainvillea, Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the reservation with no refunds if the signed Booking Agreement is not received prior to the client’s arrival. Cancellation Policy: All changes in bookings and cancellations must be promptly submitted in writing. Service charge reflects owner’s discretion over a minimum night stay. Cancellations 45 + days before the arrival date receive no refunds.
