Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy: In the event you need to cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is fully refunded. If you choose to cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded if your reservation dates can be fully re-booked. If we are unable to re-book your dates, your deposit can be applied to a future stay at Tortuga Kai within one year of your original reservation dates. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. Travel insurance is suggested for unforeseen complications.
