Blue Palm Villa is easily accessible by paved roads, just five minutes from Coral Bay, and ten minutes from the North Shore beaches. Convenient to beaches and town, this home features all the comforts, including over-stuffed furniture of wicker and rattan, clear cypress ceilings with white beams, kitchen island, rich mahogany cabinetry, solid granite countertops, imported Italian tile floors, imported Italian marble showers, and a sparkling 10 x 20 foot pool, with spacious decks for both sunning or relaxing in the shade. The bedrooms feature air conditioning, king-size beds and covered decks, which overlook beautiful Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountain Valley and beyond from an elevation of 800 feet. The bedrooms occupy separate structures of each other for total privacy.

Payment Policy: All Rates Are In US Dollars.Additional charges for 7th and 8th guest, $25 per person per night. All rates listed are 2 person rates, except the Christmas/New Years, which is a 6 person rate. Deposits: To confirm reservation, a deposit of 50% is required within ten (10) days after reservation has been made. After receiving your deposit a confirmation will be sent to you. The balance of the rental amount plus tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment Options: Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 10 a.m. Lodging Tax: 8 % (Not included in the above rental rates)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If Blue Palm Villa can be re-booked for your rental period, a refund of your rental amount less 15% administrative fee will be refunded. From our previous travels and villa rentals, we recommend you purchase cancellation insurance.
