Our well furnished 4 bedroom villa rental Treasure is just perfect for eight guests. It features a master bedroom with queen-size bed, work desk and telephone extension. The other three bedrooms host split king-size beds. All the bedrooms are screened and open onto a wide shaded patio that catches the near-constant sea breeze. The two full bathrooms are aptly fitted with shower and safety bars for your convenience. There is a fully stocked kitchen and expansive dinging area for eight guests. The living room in this Treasure vacation rental villa includes a sofa sleeper, reading library, fax, Internet access and entertainment facilities. You will enjoy a wide panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea from our shaded patio. Just below the patio is a sheltered sunning terrace. Plantings of tropical fruits and beautiful flowers on our secluded, acre-plus grounds ensure an added privacy. There is a gleaming 50 feet lap swimming pool for your enjoyment at our Treasure villa rental. The tennis court and croquet court are lit in night for your convenience. We have a private barbecue grill as well. You can walk out of the sea-gate to a sandy swimming beach for enjoying long lazy walks. Children can paddle in the reef-protected shallows. Off the reef, an undersea world of coral invites snorkeling when the sea is calm. Billy's Bay village has the serenity and sunshine for which the South Coast of Jamaica is famous -- and warm, calming Caribbean waters. During your stay at this Treasure ocean view villa; you can befriend fishermen neighbors for indulging in fishing and learning a trick or two of their trade. You can also enjoy sight-seeing trips with locals. For golf aficionados, our Treasure villa near golf course is a blessing. They can access marvelous golf facilities for indulging in their passion.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds, for a group of up to four. Add 10% for each extra person up to 8. Figure about $120/person for the food shopping. Transportation round trip from the airport: $240 to $300.

Cancellation Policy: $100 forfeit fee. Balance returned when we rent the period we had reserved for you. But the entire deposit forfeit if you cancel with less than three months' notice -- or with less than six months' notice for Christmas and school vacation weeks.

Rules: Smoking only in the open spaces, please, not in bedrooms. We ask you to pick up and bring to the kitchen any glasses you use after our staff has gone home and night. And please use the furniture where you find it; we have plenty of sun-tolerant chairs and lounges.
