POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.A minimum Security Deposit of $500 is required for daily and weekly stays. A minimum Security Deposit of $1,000 is required for weddings, functions and other events.Rates are determined on number of guests and the selection and number of rooms requested, rates start at $250 per night for 1-2 guests, add $100 per person per night, Main Villa sleeps 8-10 guests & Guest Villa sleeps 2-4 guests with a max of 14. All rentals are subject to a 7% government room tax.
Cancellation Policy: If 90 or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained, ONLY if the accommodation is subsequently rented. If we cannot rent the accommodation, we shall retain 100% of all monies collected. Written notice must be received by owners and/or our agents, by certified mail.
