This luxurious beach getaway also provides snorkeling equipment, a rubber boat, sun-loungers, beach towels, TV/VCR/DVD,stereo CD & iHome players, wired and wireless DSL without charging anything extra.Our 5 bedroom villa rental Montego Bay is suitable for a couple, extended family or a group of 10-12 vacationers. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Three bedrooms can have the configuration of either twin beds or a king-size bed, while the fourth one has a queen-size bed. Our fifth bedroom boasts an attached lush private garden patio as an added amenity. The large kitchen comes well stocked and the dining room with antique furniture commands marvelous sea views.The elegantly furnished living room of this Montego Bay vacation rental villa looks over the sea and features an extensive library of books, videotapes and DVD's, TV/DVD/VCR and DSL wired and wireless internet. No matter whether you are a vociferous reader or a music or movie lover, there are requisite entertainment facilities for everyone.Our screened in sun-porch overlooks the sea and comes complete with comfortable sofa and chairs. POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates are in US dollars paid by personal or bank check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover). 20% refundable deposit to hold reservation. Balance due one month before arrival. WINTER SEASON:(Dec. 15th – April 14th) 5 Bedrooms:- $3325/wk; $475/night 4 Bedrooms:- $3150/wk; $450/night 3 Bedrooms:- $2975/wk; $425/night 2 Bedrooms:- $2800/wk; $400/night 1 Bedroom :- $2625/wk; $375/night SUMMER SEASON:(April 15th – Dec. 14th) 5 Bedrooms:- $2625/wk; $375/night 4 Bedrooms:- $2450/wk; $350/night 3 Bedrooms:- $2275/wk; $325/night 2 Bedrooms:- $2100/wk; $300/night 1 Bedroom :- $1925/wk; $275/night There will be an Extra Person fee of $25 per person per night for over 10 adults. Maximum occupancy is 12. Rates include Jamaican 8.25% villa rental tax and staff of manager/cook and housekeeper. A reservation requires a 20% refundable deposit with the balance due one month before occupancy. Discounts: Return guests-10%; 14+ nights-5%; 21+ nights-10%; 28+ nights-15%; Sept&Oct-10%

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is fully refunded in case of cancellation except for 5% administrative fee for credit card payment. Days interrupted by hurricane are refunded.

Rules: At end of stay guests pay for food, staff tip and telephone call and Fax page charges. Recommended staff tip is $5.00/guest/day. Equipment at villa is for use of guests without charge, including beach towels, water sport equipment, tennis rackets, books, TV/DVD/VCR, videotapes, DVDs and wired & wireless internet service. Adult guests beyond 10 charged for one bedroom/adult/night.
